Welcome to Harry Car Rental Ltd. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to inform you of our guidelines regarding cancellations, refunds, and the return of rental vehicles. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the following terms.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.1 Advance Cancellations
- Full Refund: If you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 15% of the booking fee may apply.
- No Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup, no refund will be provided.
1.2 No-Show Policy
Failure to pick up your rental vehicle without prior notice (a “no-show”) will result in a forfeiture of your booking fee, and no refund will be issued.
- Early Return Policy
- If you return the vehicle before the agreed-upon return date, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided for the unused rental period. Rental rates are calculated based on the entire booking period and cannot be prorated for early returns.
- Late Return and Extension Policy
3.1 Late Returns
- Late returns may incur an additional daily charge. If you anticipate being late, please contact our support team to arrange an extension.
3.2 Extensions
- To extend your rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date. Additional charges will apply based on the standard rental rates.
- Vehicle Condition and Return
4.1 Inspection upon Return
- All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as when rented, with no new damages and a fuel level matching that at pickup. Any additional damages or discrepancies will be assessed, and fees may apply.
4.2 Cleaning Fee
- Vehicles returned in an excessively dirty condition may be subject to a cleaning Rs 500 fee.
- Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
